Wholesale2B Affiliate Program – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Wholesale2B Affiliate Program. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Wholesale2B affiliate program (“Program”) offered by Wholesale2B (“we”, “us”, “our”). By joining or participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To join our affiliate program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.

Own or operate a legitimate website, social media presence, blog, or other marketing channel.

Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application to the Program at our sole discretion and without explanation.

2. Enrollment and Account Management

Upon approval, you will gain access to a personalized affiliate dashboard containing your unique tracking link, performance data, and payout information.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within your affiliate account, including payment details and contact information. We are not liable for any misdirected payments due to outdated or incorrect information.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

Ethically promote Wholesale2B using your unique referral link.

Avoid misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Wholesale2B, in accordance with FTC guidelines.

Refrain from bidding on our branded keywords in search engine marketing or engaging in brand impersonation.

Ensure that your content does not violate intellectual property, copyright, or trademark laws.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

4. Commission and Payment Structure

4.1 Commission Eligibility

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by referred users who register through their unique referral link.

A “qualifying purchase” is defined as a paid subscription or product order made by a referred user who is a new customer to Wholesale2B and not previously registered in our system.

4.2 Activity-Based Payout Requirement

To be eligible for commission payouts, affiliates must have referred at least one new paying customer within the past 30 calendar days or since the last commission payout, whichever is later.

If no new qualifying referrals are made during this period, commissions will not be disbursed for that payout cycle. However, the unpaid commission balance will be held and paid out in the next eligible cycle once new referral activity resumes.

This policy ensures that commissions are only distributed to affiliates actively contributing to our growth.

4.3 Commission Rates

Commission rates are specified in your affiliate dashboard and may vary depending on the product, plan, or promotional campaign. We reserve the right to modify the commission structure at any time with prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are processed monthly and paid via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/etc.].

The minimum payout threshold is [$100]; unpaid earnings below this threshold will roll over to the next cycle.

Payouts are typically made within 30 days of the end of each month, but may be subject to delays for validation or fraud checks.

Wholesale2B is not responsible for transaction fees, currency conversion, or tax obligations incurred by affiliates.

6. Program Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Program:

Self-referrals or fraudulent transactions.

Cookie stuffing, link cloaking, or other deceptive tracking techniques.

Promoting Wholesale2B on adult, violent, illegal, or hate content platforms.

Misrepresentation of Wholesale2B’s services or features.

Any commissions earned through these prohibited methods will be forfeited.

7. Termination and Account Closure

You may terminate your participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms or suspected abuse. Upon termination:

All unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Your referral links will be deactivated.

You must cease all promotion of Wholesale2B immediately.

8. Changes to the Program or Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or terminate the Affiliate Program and these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholesale2B shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your participation in the Program.
