MY SHOPIFY ORDER IS MISSING FROM MY WHOLESALE2B ORDER HISTORY

Our Shopify App will automatically import new orders from your Shopify store to your Wholesale2b account so you can easily process them with just a few clicks.

It is important to note that our system will only import orders with the status UNSHIPPED or PARTIALLY SHIPPED.

IMPORTANT NOTE: please do not change the status of your Shopify orders otherwise they will not be imported to your Wholesale2b account.

PROBLEM
If you already changed the fulfilment status to SHIPPED, then this will explain why the order is not imported in your wholesale2b account.

SOLUTION
To fix this issue please login to your store admin and change the status of the order to UNSHIPPED and system will import the order. You may have to wait a few hours for the import to complete.

Then you can process your order from your wholesale2b account. Please use the URL below for step by step instructions on how to process your order from Shopify

Once your order is processed, we will send it to the supplier for you and we will update your store with the tracking code as soon as we get it from the supplier.

There is no need for you to change the status of your order. You can let our system do that for you once the tracking code is pushed.
