HOW TO GET BETTER IMAGE QUALITY WITH THE WHOLESALE2B SHOPIFY APP

The product image quality may vary for each supplier that we integrate with. Some suppliers provide higher resolution images and some don't. In order to keep all the product images to a standard size, we resize them according to a set of specifications. This allows us to maintain images which are more or less of the same size regardless of the different sizes we get from all our suppliers.

The original images provided by the suppliers can be of better quality and this is why we have included an option to let you decide which images to import to your store.

If you wish to improve the quality of the product images, then you can follow the steps below:

1- Login to your Wholesale2b account
2- Go to the Shopify app page and click on the link OPTIONS located at the top of the page
3- Choose the option "Original (size varies with supplier)" under the section "Select image size to upload"
4- click SAVE and wait for your list to synch with your store

It may take some time for the new images to be loaded to your store depending on how many items you have on your list. Also please keep in mind that changing the images to the Original version may not necessarily result in better images as this ultimately depends on the original quality of the images provided by each supplier.
