11/28/2018 - NEW SUPPORT TICKETING SYSTEM DEPLOYED
Today we released a new version of our support ticketing system. We added many new help articles and tutorial videos to help you get answers to your questions immediately rather than waiting for a response to your support ticket.
We also added features to allow you to pull up details about your order status instantly such as tracking codes and special notes on the order.
We are hoping this new release will help our members get instant answers to most common questions about all our drop shipping services.
