CAN I CHANGE THE DOMAIN NAME OF MY SITE?

Yes you can change the URL or domain name of your website however please note that we do not support sub-domains so you can only choose a domain name that you already own OR you can choose a new domain name and we will buy it for you.

To choose a new domain name you must go to godaddy.com to search for a domain name that is available at the normal price. We do not buy domain names that are sold at a premium price. We can only buy domain names that are available at the normal prices only.

Once you have the new domain name, you will need to click on the upgrade link and pay the fee to drop your site and re-create it with a new domain name. There is an upgrade for this purpose in the upgrade section of your website admin dashboard.

Just login to your website admin and click on the upgrade link "Change the URL of your website". The cost is $49.99. We will then drop your site and re-create it using the new domain name and we will also manually copy all the website settings from your old site to the to the new site when we create it from scratch. This means that you will not lose any of your display configurations or payment preferences or order history. Your site will remain the same except the domain name will be changed.
