YES you do need an eBay seller account. Our eBay certified listing tool that comes with the eBay Dropship Package requires that you already have an eBay seller account. This tool will help you create professional looking auctions with a choice of over 240 auction templates. Simply choose the product you want to sell and with a few clicks you can create as many auctions as you want under your own eBay account.

The billing for our BigCommerce App will be handled by Wholesale2b. After your free trial is over, we will charge you the monthly fee.

We will provide you with an estimated shipping cost up front so you will know how much to charge your buyer. This cost cannot be 100% accurate since many suppliers calculate shipping based on the weight and the final shipping destination however we very rarely have to request additional funds for shipping. This is extremely rare.

Whether you sell on eBay, Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, Weebly, Ecwid or Woocommerce, we will always send you an email when a new order is importedinto your Wholesale2b account. Then you can easily process the order directly from your Wholesale2b account by clicking on the Order Now link next to your new pending orders and complete the payment.

After you get an email informing you of a new order, you must login to your Wholesale2b account and go to your Order History page. From this page you will need a link to your NEW ORDERS. On that New Orders page you will need to click on the Order Now link located next to each NEW order and follow the steps to complete the wholesale payment. Then our team will handle the order with the supplier and they will ship directly to your customer. Once the order is shipped we will update the order with the tracking code and notify you via email. Suppliers usually require 2 business days to provide tracking codes.

The shipping is handled by the suppliers and when it comes to providing the tracking codes, some suppliers are faster than others. To see the average number of days taken by each supplier to ship products, please login to your W2B account and click on the your name, then in the menu choose the report "Shipping time Report". You should expect to get your tracking code based on the average shown on that report.

No. The products are shipped directly to your customer without any mention of our company and without any mention of your wholesale price. This is what we refer to as blind dropshipping

Yes, this is not a problem. You can still resell products in the USA even if you are from a foreign country as long as you advertise the products in the USA or Canada.
